F.A.B. Food Group and M&M Distributing were born from the idea that clients not only needed quality products, but they wanted reliable service, and a way to market their products. We began service in the fall of 1993 with the first Arizona Thrifty Ice Cream parlor after the closure of all Thrifty Drug Store locations. Because of Thrifty Ice Cream's huge following, the parlor was an instant success, and soon other ice cream venders were asking us to supply their needs. Some of our first clients were the Water N Ice specialty stores. We currently supply 75 to 85 percent of these water specialty stores with Thrifty Ice Cream and other products. Many of our customers include restaurants, delis, markets, service stations, churches, schools, and grocery chains.
